In one line: your health records never leave your iPhone. We collect anonymous app-usage data only — which screens you opened, which kinds of buttons you pressed — and you can switch it off in Settings.

你嘅健康記錄
你喺應用程式入面輸入嘅所有健康資料——症狀名稱、日期、嚴重程度、時段、備註、相片——只會儲存喺你部裝置入面，唔會上傳到我哋或者任何第三方嘅伺服器。冇雲端同步，冇伺服器儲存。
匿名使用數據
為咗知道邊啲功能有人用、應該點改善，我哋會收集匿名嘅使用數據，由 PostHog 處理，伺服器喺歐盟。
會 send 出去嘅：你打開咗邊個畫面（例如「今日」、「趨勢」、「設定」）、撳過邊類掣（例如儲存記錄、匯出報告）。
絕對唔會 send 出去嘅：症狀名稱、嚴重程度、備註內容、相片、日期，以及你有幾多個症狀或者記錄。技術上，每個事件只係一個固定名單入面嘅名，冇任何附帶資料——即係話就算想 send 都 send 唔到。
呢個功能預設係開嘅，第一次開 app 嗰陣會清楚話你知。你可以喺設定 → 使用數據隨時關掉。
備份
如果你開咗 iPhone 或者 iCloud 備份，你嘅記錄會跟住 Apple 嘅裝置備份一齊備份，並由 Apple 加密。呢個係 iOS 系統功能，唔係我哋提供嘅服務，而我哋亦都接觸唔到啲資料。
分享
「匯出畀醫生」會喺你部裝置上面即時製作一份 PDF，然後交畀 iOS 嘅分享功能。要唔要分享、分享畀邊個，完全由你決定。我哋收唔到、亦都睇唔到呢份檔案。
刪除
喺應用程式入面刪除記錄，就會即刻喺你部裝置永久刪除。刪除整個應用程式，就會刪除所有健康記錄。
至於已經收集咗嘅匿名使用數據：因為嗰啲數據冇任何識別到你嘅資料，我哋無法從中搵返你嘅記錄嚟刪除。如果你想停止收集，喺設定度關掉就得。
兒童
本應用程式唔會針對 13 歲以下兒童，亦都唔會刻意向佢哋收集資料。上面所講嘅匿名使用數據唔包含任何可以識別身份嘅資料。
醫療免責聲明
呢個應用程式係一本由你自己填寫嘅日記。佢唔會、亦都唔可以診斷、治療或者提供任何醫療意見。任何健康上嘅決定，請諮詢註冊醫護人員。
政策更新
如果呢份政策有更新，日期會喺上面改咗，新版本亦都會喺呢一頁刊登。

Your health records
Everything you enter — symptom names, dates, severity, time of day, notes, photos — is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or any third party's. There is no cloud sync and no server-side storage.
Anonymous usage data
To understand which features are used and what to improve, we collect anonymous usage data, processed by PostHog on servers in the EU.
What is sent: which screens you opened (e.g. Today, Trends, Settings) and which kinds of buttons you pressed (e.g. save entry, export report).
What is never sent: symptom names, severities, note contents, photos, dates, or how many symptoms or entries you have. Technically each event is a name drawn from a fixed list with no attached payload, so health data cannot be transmitted even by mistake.
This is on by default and clearly disclosed the first time you open the app. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → 使用數據.
Backups
If you use iPhone or iCloud device backup, your records are included in Apple's encrypted device backup. That is an iOS system feature rather than a service we provide, and we have no access to it.
Sharing
“匯出畀醫生” (Export for doctor) generates a PDF on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet. Whether to share it, and with whom, is entirely your choice. We neither receive nor can see that file.
Deletion
Deleting a record in the app removes it permanently from your device immediately. Deleting the app removes all health records.
As for usage data already collected: because it contains nothing that identifies you, we cannot locate your events in order to delete them. If you want collection to stop, switch it off in Settings.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The anonymous usage data described above contains no identifying information.
